Terms of Use

1. What we provide

proxys.app ("we", "our platform") provides, on a paid subscription basis, access to dedicated Mobile Proxies — real Brazilian mobile-carrier IP addresses, allocated exclusively to the subscribing customer for the duration of the plan purchased (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). The service is provided "as is", subject to the technical and availability conditions described in these Terms.

2. Account and registration

To subscribe, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information (name, email, phone/WhatsApp where applicable) and are responsible for keeping your password confidential. All use of your account — including use of the Mobile Proxy credentials associated with it — is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable use

By using proxys.app, you agree not to use the service to:

• Carry out or facilitate any illegal activity, including financial fraud;
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or carry out phishing;
• Attack third parties, including denial-of-service (DDoS), system intrusion, unauthorized exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any form of unauthorized access to third-party networks and systems;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code;
• Infringe intellectual property rights, fraudulently violate third-party platforms' terms of use, or engage in any form of harassment;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute proxy access to third parties without authorization;
• Share the Mobile Proxy's access credentials between different people — the subscribed access is personal and exclusive to the account holder, even if used across multiple tools or devices at the same time by that same person.

proxys.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice and without refund, any account found in violation of this clause, and may report the activity to the relevant authorities where applicable.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content transmitted, the activities carried out, and the consequences of using the Mobile Proxy you've subscribed to — including any blocks, bans, or penalties applied by third parties (platforms, social networks, providers) as a result of your account's use on those platforms. proxys.app is not responsible for third-party moderation decisions outside our control.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not interrupt a period you've already paid for. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase, provided the Mobile Proxy has not been actually used, in line with the same protection Brazilian law grants consumers. After that window, or where use of the service is confirmed, amounts paid are non-refundable, except in cases of proven unavailability solely attributable to proxys.app.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

proxys.app makes its best effort to maintain a high uptime rate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation — the service is subject to scheduled maintenance, network instability, and external factors. Under no circumstances will proxys.app be liable for lost profits or indirect/consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service; where liability applies, it is limited to the amount you paid for the then-current subscription period.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on your dashboard, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, as proxys.app is operated from Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved under that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
